How to make a lava rock diffuser

- Choose a small bowl, tray or container to hold the lava rocks and essential oils. Make sure it is stable and has enough room for the stones and airflow.
- Rinse the lava rocks with warm water to remove any dirt or debris. This step ensures that the rocks are clean and ready to absorb the essential oils effectively. Let the rocks dry completely before continuing.
- Once the lava rocks are dry, place them in the diffuser container. Add a few drops of your chosen essential oils directly on the rocks. Start with a small amount, as you can always add more later if needed. Use loose oils or make your own blends according to your preference.
